Early Bird Sign Up

We will be hosting our early bird sign ups for Tackle Football and Cheer from now until April 26, 2018.

The early bird registration is $50.00 off the registration price of $300.00.
There is a mandatory $100.00 league fundraiser for raffle tickets soon to be distributed.
There is a minimum of $100.00 required at sign ups and is nonrefundable.
There is a $50.00 sibling discount and all fees due by August 1, 2018.
Don’t miss out on setting up payment plans.

A birth certificate and a copy of a current utility bill (no phone bills) is required for all participants at registration.

February 17, 2018 at Round Table Pizza, 830 E Foothill Blvd, Upland between 11 am to 1 pm.

Participants may sign up at our early bird events for any of our Football divisions, Flag Football teams, Cheer Divisions or Challenger Divisions. If you are unable to make the early bird in person sign ups we now offer Online Registration. Register online at www.uplandpopwarnerfootball.com to get your early bird discounts.
